Appetizing salad

Hi girls, do you want a really good and simple idea for a quick lunch or a dinner saver?

I use this recipe very often for business lunch, where I have little break time and I need something tasty.


You will need a few ingredients:


  • ½ avocado
  • 100 gr smoked salmon
  • a handful of walnuts
  • soy sauce


Cut the avocado and salmon into cubes, add the chopped walnuts and a drizzle of soy sauce.

Ready to eat.


As a variant you can also add black rice to cook 10/15 min.
