Tuna in pistachio crust and mango sauce

Girls ciaoooo ..... Here is another recipe ready in 10 minutes.

Usually on Saturday mornings I love to go to the market in my city and buy some delicious fresh fish.

When available I take a nice tuna fillet and make a really fresh and delicious recipe that the whole family likes.

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 fillet of tuna
  • chopped pistachios
  • 1 mango
  • lemon
  • extra virgin olive oil


In a dish put virgin olive oil and in a bowl the chopped pistachios.

Take the tuna fillet and pass it first in the oil on both sides and then in the pistachio and place it in a pan over medium heat.

Meanwhile, prepare the mango sauce that will accompany our fillet.

Once the mango has been peeled, cut it into small pieces and put it in a mixer together with a little oil and lemon. Blend and the sauce is ready.


The tuna should cook for 5 minutes per side.
